Welcome to the JST Jesuit Community

Dear guests, here you can find information on the Jesuit Community at the Jesuit School of Theology at Berkeley.

Who are the Jesuits at JST?

Jesuits at JST are students of theology, faculty members, and staff members who live and study together following the principles of their founder, St. Ignatius of Loyola.

Some of these men are studying to be priests, some are studying various disciplines of theology as brothers to assist in ministry, and others are priests working toward advanced degrees in theology for their ministry.

There are currently 92 Jesuits living, working and studying at the JST Jesuit Community from 20 countries around the world.
